How to work 8 hours plus πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’»

How I work for 8+ hours without feeling tired.

I’ve been working wrong my whole life…

I thought it was okay to just go to work, open my laptop, take a task from my To-Do list, play some music and get to it.

But in reality, this style of work always kills my productivity level after 2–4 hours.

I felt so tired that I did NOT want to do anything except different low energy tasks.

Today I can work 8+ hours without losing much productivity.

WHAT HAS CHANGED 🧐?

MY APPROACH TO WORK πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’»

Over time, I’ve created a productivity system that helps me to create, review, code and live at my maximum capabilities without getting bored, tired, or burnt out.

My productivity system has 2 steps:

Let’s look closer at each of them

πŸ“† Schedule

Everything starts with a schedule. What, where, and when I do.

6.30 to 8:00 AM: Meditation, Work out, Breakfast, Shower

8:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Plan priorities for the day, Start working

12:00 to 12:45 PM: Lunch, Walk or work out (Goal is to move around in this time)

12:45 to 4:00 PM: Work

4:00 to 5:00 PM: If busy work, if not go for walk or chill

6:00 to 7:00 PM: Dinner, chill

7:00 to 10:00 PM: Work on projects, Learn, Game

I try to sleep 8 hours a day, for me this help my body to reset and my brain to take out the trash.

πŸ—Ί To-Do

My To-Do list is simple. Look at my priorities and try completing them. Unfortunately there are other factors that come into play here, urgent issue, team support etc.

The above schedule is a perfect work day, this can include and exclude meetings.

Do You Code 8 hours a day?
